Decide where the
home sits before you
build it.

Full pre-construction site planning, landscape integration, and material selections — from a licensed PLA who’s also been on the building side.

What design includes

Much more than floor plans.

Most builders treat design as the architectural drawings. We treat it as the entire pre-construction phase: where the home actually sits on the lot, how the driveway approaches, where the auxiliary structures go, where future amenities (pool, sport court, guest cottage) can land without redoing the site work later.

It all starts with reading the land itself. Here is a landscape architect’s checklist for evaluating a lot before you buy.

When you’d like, Jordan handles interior and exterior selections — paint, hardware, plumbing fixtures, exterior materials. And because Brent’s also a Georgia Real Estate Agent, we factor ROI into the choices that matter for resale, even if you plan to stay forever.

Why work with us

Many municipalities and HOAs require a licensed landscape architect for plan submissions. Brent is one. Most local builders cannot make that submission.

Hardscape, planting, irrigation, outdoor living integrated with the home.

04

Stamped drawings for HOA and county approval where required.

Design as a stand-alone

Working with another builder?

We work alongside clients’ existing home builders all the time — site plans, landscape design, pool design and installation. If your municipality or HOA requires a licensed landscape architect for submission, we can handle that piece as a one-off.

Building with us?

Design is built into the build process. You don’t pay for it twice, you don’t bounce drawings between firms, and the person who designed the site is the same person making sure it gets built that way.

FAQs

What clients usually ask first.

How is design priced?

Landscape design, pool design, and site plan work are flat fee. Pricing depends on lot size and scope, and we quote it after the first site visit.

Yes. We work with clients’ existing builders frequently and provide site planning, landscape drawings, pool design, and stamped submissions where required.

Design covers everything pre-construction: site plan, floor-plan positioning, landscape, selections, submissions. Build covers construction. If you hire us for both, design is folded into the build process. If you hire us only for design, we hand you a stamped, submission-ready package and you can take it from there.

Yes. Many HOAs and municipalities require a licensed landscape architect’s stamp. Brent is one — we make those submissions in-house.

When you’d like it. Jordan can handle interior and exterior selections — paint, hardware, plumbing, lighting, exterior materials. It’s an opt-in piece of the design service, not a separate firm.
