Married, family-run, and building in the same county we live in. Brent’s the licensed PLA, GC, and Real Estate Agent. Jordan is a Georgia Real Estate Agent and has been in real estate since 2006. She runs transaction management. We’ve done every part of this work ourselves, which is why we can hand you a single point of contact.
From landscape architecture to a full-service firm.
We started as a landscape architecture and design company. Before launching, Brent had already built homes and townhomes and managed site development for a large residential tract builder, so the construction experience was already there.
As we began installing landscape projects, clients started asking if we could build a porch, add a detached garage, take on a small remodel. The work compounded. Brent pursued his Residential General Contractor’s license so we could become a true one-stop shop for site development, construction, landscape, and pools.
Jordan had been in real estate since 2006 and was already informally collaborating with Brent on inspection reports and construction questions for her clients. In 2020 Brent earned his Georgia Real Estate license. Having a strong understanding of the real estate market turned out to be a real asset on the construction side, and the firm became what it is now — site planning, construction, landscape, pool, and real estate guidance, under one roof.

All blueprints and construction drawings have a cardinal direction or compass rose at the bottom. It made us think of charts and maps. We live and do business in Georgia — hence the South. Chart South.

Oconee · Clarke · Jackson + surrounding counties
The Athens area, Oconee, Clarke, Jackson and surrounding counties. In Athens, where land is more limited, the work skews toward remodels, landscape, and pools. In Oconee and Jackson, where larger lots are available, it leans toward new construction and site development. We travel further when the project warrants it.
